Jay Pratt has been a member of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2008. Jay is a graduate of Fitchburg State College, where he played Basketball and Football. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Jay is The Director of Recruitment and Selection for The North Shore Group. Jay has been a recruiter since 2005 and is looking forward to contributing to the growth of this office. Jay is looking to meet with high caliber individuals to determine if they would be a strong addition to our team.

Erin Dorr has been part of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 1999. A graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, MA with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems, Erin holds her Massachusetts life insurance license, as well as her securities license. Erin is the Director of Development for the Northshore Group. She is committed to building strong relationships with our clients and agency.
